Built in the late Gothic style in the 15th century.

You can spot its bell tower as soon as you enter the town. Inside the church, admire the detail in the ceiling.

The frescoes were painted in the 16th century by a local artist that went by the name of Jernej.

The altars and the chandeliers were restored by Jože Plečnik, the famous Slovenian architect.

Enjoy a few moments on the Cankar square and take some photos. You can also find a metal 3D relief of the town in front of the church.
