HIKING LUBNIK

Lubnik, with its 1025 meters, is the highest peak in closer vicinity of Škofja Loka.

You can see its top from almost everywhere in the town.

Starting from the town, you can reach the top in 1 or 2 hours, depends on your fitness level.

At the top you will be rewarded with beautifull views of the Julian Alps, the Karavanke, the Kamnik-Savinja Alps and across Škofja Loka with the Sorško field all the way to Ljubljana. Refreshments are available at the lodge, where it is also possible to spend the night.
